A) Monthly Reporting Obligations
Monthly Prevention Statements: Kindly inform us the total amount of "Cash" deposits over 10K for January 2022, so we can prepare the Monthly Prevention Statement for CySEC.

B) Quarterly Reporting Obligations

Way of Submission: The Excel form via the TRS. The Trial Balance, the Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss via the Portal
C) Annual Reporting Obligations
Form 165-02 Reporting for Class 3. ONLY if applicable (see paragraph 2 of the Directive DI144-2007-16 regarding the prudential supervision of CIFs excluded from the scope of Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013). Form is attached for your consideration.
