Director & Founder
Mr. Savvas Patsalides has extensive experience in compliance and a strong financial background. He has worked in several regulated and well-established financial organisations, gaining an overall knowledge of the broad field of financial services, ranging from portfolio management, investment advice, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, debt/equity restructuring, Forex trading and commercial banking. His academic and professional qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Organisational Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics & Political Science, CySEC Advanced Certificate and he has completed the Series 3 National Commodity Futures Examination.
In recent years, his key focus has been on compliance, anti-money laundering and risk management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies worldwide as well as dealing with licensing requirements and regulations internationally. He is now leading a team of professional associates, with strong financial, legal, and regulatory backgrounds, all with international exposure in their field.
Constantinos was born in Athens and raised in the Middle East. He later moved to England, where he completed his education and began working life before finally settling in Cyprus.
Currently a Director at FAI Comply and holding non-executive roles at Cyprus-based investment firms and funds, his main areas of expertise are financial and payment regulation, particularly in compliance, internal audit and anti-money laundering.
Constantinos holds an MSc from the Imperial College London Business School and BSc from the University of Durham and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment (CISI).

Angeliki Georgiou was born in Nicosia, Cyprus. In 2008 she graduated from the University of Crete, School of Philosophy (Bachelor of Philology) and in 2013 she was awarded the undergraduate degree on “LLB, Bachelor of Laws” from the University of Leeds. After successfully passing the Cyprus Bar Association exams within 2014 and the Advanced Exams of Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”) she started focusing her career in Company, Banking and Finance Law.
In addition, Mrs. Georgiou is specialised in providing legal advices on cases concerning Cyprus Investment Firms (“CIFs”), Alternative Investment Funds (“AIF”) and Alternative Investment Fund Managers (“AIFM”). She has expertise in regulatory issues pertaining to anti-money laundering, the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (“MiFID II”) and any other topics concerning the European Securities and Markets Authority.
