Monthly Reporting Obligations November 2020

With respect to the Monthly Reporting Obligations of Cyprus Investment Firms (“CIF”s) as per the relevant provisions of the Law 87(I)/2017, as amended, as well as the Directives and Circulars issued thereof, we would like to remind you of the obligations for November 2020:
 

A. Circulars

Circular C410

  • Deadline: 10th of November 2020

  • Way of submission: via the TRS

B. Cyprus Investment Firms

  • CIF Reports

  • CIFs

  • CySEC

  • Monthly reporting obligations

  • Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission

  • Regulatory framework

  • Investment Services Law

Monthly Prevention Statements: Kindly inform us the total amount of "Cash" deposits over 10K for October 2020, so we can prepare the Monthly Prevention Statement for CySEC.

  • Deadline: 14th of November 2020

  • Way of submission: via the Portal

Complaints Form: T144-002-01

  • Deadline: 5th of November 2020

  • Way of submission: via the TRS

C. Quarterly
 
 Capital Adequacy Report: please review Circular C350 concerning the "Preparation, submission of consolidated audited financial statements and consolidated capital adequacy forms" and proceed accordingly if applicable.

  • Deadline: 11th of November 2020

  • Way of submission: Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss via Portal. Excel Forms via TRS System.

  • Reference Period: 30 September Q3
